Chicken Wire Frames

My fellow blogger pal Mel from oopsredone.blogspot.com made some of these and I fell in LOVE with them.
They are so cute and fun.
THe pics don't give this frame justice. There is alot of detail in the frame that the glaze stuck in and gave it a pop. It's SO SO SOOOO cute. This is for sale at THe Cannery.
Don't you love the before pic of the frame. I am in love with the horse picture:::))))!!!
I think I am keeping the black frame for our laundry room. I love the chunky frame.
The before pic. Gotta love the DI. My favorite store!

A New LOok!!

I am in love with damask patterns so I thought I would give some pieces of furniture a face lift yesterday. I am so glad I did, loving the way they turned out.
In love with black and white.

I just wanted something little on the front of the drawers so I just stenciled the corners.

This is the before I got this piece of furniture for Christmas 8 in half years ago from my loving hubby. It was all white before. I just deleted the before pic on accident-oops!!
I also added a little something to this bench. I love how it turned out as well.

I distressed it a lot.
I also got this for Christmas from my loving hubby that same year.

Kims Double Bed ReDO

This is a double bed that I refinished for Kim. She wanted white and distressed very little and stained lightly. But she wanted the detail to stand out so left it darker. It is so adorable for a little girl named Mylee. I love all the flowers and stems. It's so GIRLEE and so cute. I love the color white, so clean and pure.
It had a lot of really cute details on the headboard.
This is the footboard just a little of the flower details to tie in from the headboard.
You can not find furniture like this in Rc Willeys or any furniture store for that matter! Which is very sad.
The complete footboard.
This is the headboard sanded down. Took sometime to get in all the beautiful detail. But the end result is adorable.
This is the Before footboard
The before headboard.
The detail does not stand out as much when it's just stained. It still amazes me what a little paint and stain and TLC can do to an old piece of furniture.
